Ağ ve Kablolama Altyapısı
Resepsiyondan odalara, restoran ve toplantı salonlarına kadar tüm alanları kapsayan, yüksek kapasiteli ve yedekli bir ağ altyapısı kurulmalıdır. Kablolama, ileride yapılacak genişlemeleri de göz önünde bulundurarak planlanmalıdır.

PMS (Otel Yönetim Sistemi) Kurulumu
Rezervasyon, check-in/check-out, oda yönetimi ve faturalandırma süreçlerinin yürütüldüğü PMS sisteminin; ödeme sistemleri, kanal yöneticisi (channel manager) ve diğer üçüncü parti yazılımlarla sorunsuz entegre olması gerekir.

Misafir Wi-Fi Altyapısı
Misafirlerin tüm otel genelinde kesintisiz ve hızlı internete erişebilmesi artık temel bir beklentidir. Yoğun doluluk senaryolarına göre kapasite planlaması yapılmalıdır.

Güvenlik Sistemleri
Kartlı geçiş sistemleri, CCTV kamera altyapısı ve yangın/alarm sistemlerinin otel açılışından önce test edilmiş ve devreye alınmış olması gerekir.

Personel Eğitimi
En iyi sistemler bile doğru kullanılmadığında verim sağlamaz. Resepsiyon, ön büro ve teknik destek ekiplerinin PMS ve diğer sistemler üzerinde açılış öncesi eğitim alması kritik önemdedir.

A hotel opening is a complex process where dozens of different systems need to work simultaneously and flawlessly. Even a small glitch in the technology infrastructure directly affects the guest experience. Here is the checklist to review before launch.

Network and Cabling Infrastructure
A high-capacity, redundant network covering everything from the front desk to guest rooms, restaurants and meeting rooms must be in place. Cabling should be planned with future expansion in mind.

PMS (Property Management System) Setup
The PMS handling reservations, check-in/check-out, room management and billing must integrate smoothly with payment systems, channel managers and other third-party software.

Guest Wi-Fi Infrastructure
Guests now expect fast, uninterrupted internet access throughout the property. Capacity should be planned for high-occupancy scenarios.

Security Systems
Card access systems, CCTV camera infrastructure and fire/alarm systems must be tested and operational before opening.

Staff Training
Even the best systems underperform without proper use. Front desk, back office and technical support teams need hands-on training on the PMS and other systems before opening day.
